After we finished our website, next is to create a promotional strategy discussion where we have to promote our website to the public. The reason we make this promotional is to show our website is all about. Plus, we also explain our website to the audience for a demonstration. Therefore, the user can fully understand about our website that we want to publish. We use canva to create our promotional poster cause it is way more easier to create.
This week, our group needs to present our proposal infront of the class. We explain all the details and information about our project that we created. Plus, with the help from our group we manage to present all the way to the end without any problems. Therefore, everything going smoothly and we continue our work.
This week task, our team need to make a risk management that our lecture has given in google classroom. This task need to discuss in a group because it need some ideas and imagination what could happen when we make our website what kind of risk that can make our project failed. Therefore, it is really important to proceed with cautions so that we can avoid the risks or problems in no matter what happens. Next is the SWOT task. It is an easy task for us to do because our lecture told us to find those information on the internet. This can make our work a lot easier. Thankfully, we found out the information surprisingly fast and all its left we just need to copy and paste into our proposal. Therefore, we work out without any problems. Lastly, the project manager and his secretary will make a presentation for our presentation next week. We just need to follow all the orders inside the template presentation. It is only a guide for us so we just need to paste it. Therefore, we finished it quite fast cause it is really easy to do.
Now lets talk about week 7. Our group has started to find some resources and materials for our website and some reference. This is can also help us to gain some ideas to put in our website. Plus, we also update our project charter so we wont miss any. It is really important to update day after day that has been thought by our lecture. Furthermore, we also start making our website with a small progress. At least we didn’t start anything. After we gather all the information, now we just need to put it in the website while we discuss about the formation so that we can easily organised.

Now its about time to discuss our Gantt project and costing. The Gantt project is to use for our schedule that how long the duratian that we need to finish our website. Plus, it also contribute us to make a milestone so that we can focus the priority ones. This is because we need to create them succesfully. Therefore, gantt project is very important to us. Next is about costing. Making a website doesnt need a lot of cost and budget because creating a website is very cheap and doesnt need a big model. Therefore, we can save a lot of money by making a website.
We will talk about our specification of our website to ensure that we will focus of our product. The project scope is depends how many requirements that we need to put it in the project scope. There is no limitations for the project scope.

Our team has created a Project Charter for our final product. We discussed together to fill the form that our lecture has given us. So far, we just fill the General Information, Project objective, Assumptions and other things that we can manage to fill it.
We also discussed about our final product. Our team decided to create a website which is travelling website. We talk about our website looks like and brainstorming to gather our idea to create a good website. At the end of the day, we continue to do our research and ideas for our website. Plus, we were planning to make an easy website that easy to use for our user to interact with it. We still working on it for that idea.

From that day to the present, my laptop has had a problem. So, we told the lecturer to postpone our presentation to tomorrow. But unexpected things happen that day, my secretary Hazim and I were fever. So, just Alif and Ismat who presented that day. Everything went smoothly but the lecturer asked us to change the logo design because the logo did not fit our theme.

Our team has been discussed to form a group and talk about our task. Each person has their own role and we have to take fully responsibilities for our project. Plus, we also talk about our abilities which is we need to know each other what kind of skill do we have. Therefore, we manage to form a group task that we have been discussed so our work will become more smoothly. We also talk about our weakness and strength too so that we can help each other if there is any problems while we work. Our next task is to create a group logo, group name, team member task and chart organization. We create our group logo using canva app. Plus, we also search at google for our reference and editing it using our idea and creativity. Next, we create our group name called "The Pegasus". The name that we pick is from the name of the constellation. Therefore, it is a perfect name for our group. Finally, we create a chart organization for our team role and task.

For the first week, we were introduced to making a project. After that, we looked for group members to implement the project given by the lecturer. The themes given by our lecturers are animation, video, and website. We prefer website themes because they are easier to create.
